Community Coffee is an opportunity for Councillor Kourtney Penner to meet face-to-face with Ward 11 residents so they can engage in conversation on the issues that matter to them. These will be held on a Friday morning every 2 months rotating through the Ward 11 Comminuty Associations, open to all constituents across the 18 communities.
