Hall Rentals
Upper Hall
This space is often used for group gatherings such as small conferences, weddings, meetings and presentations, and group classes. Recently updated with new flooring and renovated catering kitchen. This multifunctional space has everything you need for your next event!
Capacity: 100 people
Rental Includes: 100 chairs and 25 tables (5 ft x 2.5ft), free parking outside the hall (2 accessible stalls and 28 additional parking spaces) with overflow street parking, and washroom access.
Kitchen: All upper hall rentals have access to our catering kitchen (fridge, cooler, microwaves, coffee machines).
Our 2022 renovation completely updated and refreshed our old kitchen and bar areas in the Upper Hall. The old bar service area has been transformed into a bright, clean, modern catering kitchen with lots of counter space. The old kitchen has been converted into dedicated chair and table storage to keep any extras out of sight.
Hourly Rental Rates
Monday - Friday at 4pm:
$40/hour (minimum 4 hours)
Friday after 4pm - Sunday:
$50/hour (minimum 4 hours)
All Day Rental Rates
Weekday:
$400 for full-day
Weekend:
$400 for half-day, $650 for full-day
Long-Term Rentals
Long-term rentals with a signed contract enjoy more flexible hourly bookings and cost savings.

Lower Hall
This space is great for smaller meetings/conferences, or even birthday parties. Rental includes access to washrooms.
Capacity: 25 people
Rental Includes: 25 chairs and 4 tables, access to television screen for presentation materials, free parking (subject to availability) outside the hall (2 accessible stalls and 28 additional parking spaces) with overflow street parking.
Hourly Rental Rates
Monday - Friday at 4pm: $35/hour (minimum 2 hours)
Friday after 4pm - Sunday: $40/hour (minimum 2 hours)
Long-Term Rentals

Weekends
Weekend rates are in effect from Friday at 4pm through Sunday
Stat Holidays
Statutory holidays will be charged weekend rates
Christmas
The week leading up to Christmas will be charged weekend rates
The week between Christmas and New Years will be charged weekend rates
GST
All rates are subject to GST
Damage Deposit
Standard damage deposit is equal to the rental amount, payable by cheque or cash and received before the key is given to the renter
Damage deposit will be returned to the renter the following week, provided that there are no damages and contract obligations are satisfied
Permits
Office Manager will confirm that the liquor permit is obtained before keys are given to renter
Liquor permit must be displayed on the wall at each event
Booking
Full payment is required at time of booking
Refunds
Full refund (less $50 non-refundable deposit) if 30+ days notice is given
One-half (50%) refund if 15-29 days notice is given
No refund if 14 days or less notice is given
