O2 has submitted a Land Use Redesignation application for four parcels located along Glenmore Trail SW. This application proposes to change the land use to a Direct Control (DC) based on Mixed Use - General (MU-1).
The Heritage Communities Local Area Plan (LAP) permits development up to 26 storeys on the subject site.
The project intention is to align with the LAP policies and enable mixed use, multi-family development up to 26 storeys on the site.
A community engament info session will be held on March 18, 2025 from 6-7:30 PM at the Kingsland Community Association Lower Hall (505-78 Ave SW).
